CARRIED BY GOD – ALWAYS

God is our source and we are forever carried by Him. Isaiah 46:3-4 says:

Listen to me, family of Jacob, everyone that’s left of the family of Israel. I’ve been carrying you on my back from the day you were born, And I’ll keep on carrying you when you’re old. I’ll be there, bearing you when you’re old and gray. I’ve done it and will keep on doing it, carrying you on my back, saving you.”
‭

Our God is more than sufficient, He has carried you from the day you were born and up till now, God is still carrying you. God says He will sustain us(Isaiah 46:4 NIV). There is a level of confidence that emanates from knowing with our hearts that God is our sustainer. A sustainer is a supporter, a sustainer is a friend, an advocate and a maintainer. God has said He will maintain you. He will see to it that you flourish and you have all that you need and even more for a glorious living.

God is also not just carrying us, He is carrying us ON EAGLES’ WINGS just as He did unto the Egyptians.

“ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself.”
‭‭Exodus 19:4

The eagle, is admired for its ability to fly. Therefore its wings are given as a symbol of our God. By the strength of its great wings it is able to soar to the heights and perform unusual feats. Since we are carried by God on Eagles’ wings, we can be sure we will soar and perform unusual feats, it’s just certain. This verse also signifies deliverance. God is willing and well able to bring you out from slavery, addictions, sickness into Himself, where there is freedom, mastery and good health because we are borne on Eagles’ wings unto Himself.

Isaiah 41:8-10 has to be one of my favorite scriptures in the Bible

““But you, Israel, are my servant. You’re Jacob, my first choice, descendants of my good friend Abraham. I pulled you in from all over the world, called you in from every dark corner of the earth, Telling you, ‘You’re my servant, serving on my side. I’ve picked you. I haven’t dropped you.’ Don’t panic. I’m with you. There’s no need to fear for I’m your God. I’ll give you strength. I’ll help you. I’ll hold you steady, keep a firm grip on you.”

God’s word to you: He has picked you and trust God, He hasn’t dropped you, so do not panic, for He has a firm grip on you because He is your father. You are carried by God, never forget that.

Crowned with Divine Peace👑

Good Morning Family
Today, we will be studying about the Peace of God.


Isaiah 9:6 tells us Lord Jesus, our God and Saviour is the Source of our Peace. Various joyful circumstances can bring a feeling of peace and happiness, but True, Lasting Peace comes only from God. It is Birthed in our spirit by the Holy Spirit and the more we fellowship with God’s Spirit, the more the Peace of God manifests in every area of our life.

The Peace of God is Constant and Unchanging. It goes beyond human understanding and reasoning, because The Peace of God is founded on God’s Wisdom and not on man’s wisdom. Hallelujah🙌 It remains Unquenched through the fires of Life. It is Independent of the circumstances around us. The Peace of God silences every voice of confusion and condemnation in our lives.

Dear Friends, The Lord has told us that we are Seated with Lord Jesus in the Heavenly Places.
Let’s picture this together. In the Spirit we are Seated in Heaven with Christ, and its only our Feet that touches the Earth. So in the Spirit, The Position of our mind, eyes, ears, mouth, hands is in Heaven. Amen! Glory to God🔥🙌

This means our Mind must be fixed on Lord Jesus always, that is we must possess and function with the Mindset of Heaven. Our Eyes must keep seeing the Face of God and keep focusing on what Christ is doing in our life, Our Ears must keep hearing only the Voice of God and our Mouths should keep on Speaking God’s Word and Singing Praises to the Lord and our Hands must be occupied with Work that Benefits the Kingdom of God. When we Make this our Daily Routine, our Lives will be Radically Changed and the Peace of God will be the Crown on our Heads.

Today, I Declare over our Lives that we have been Crowned with the Heavenly Peace as we make God’s Word The Standard for our Lives.

GIVE THANKS ALWAYS.

Thanksgiving is one of the most important concept emphasized so greatly upon in the Bible. It is the duty of every Christian to give thanks both in all things and for everything.

“always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭20‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The word used in the scripture above is “ALWAYS”.We are not expected to be selective in our thanksgiving. Your thanksgiving to God is not conditional, it is unconditional. Irrespective of what your circumstance is, your responsibility to God is to give thanks.

“Always give thanks to Father God for every person he brings into your life in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭20‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I also want to include that the passion translation of the same scripture in Ephesians says we should give thanks to God for every person He brings into our lives. This is so profound, when was the last time you sincerely thanked God for your family and friends? Please just say Thank You Lord on their behalf right now.

Thank you Lord.

Thanksgiving should be an attitude, it should be a habit that we should consciously develop over time and never stop practicing.

“Let joy be your continual feast. Make your life a prayer. And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus.”
‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬-‭18‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Let us look closely at the scripture above. The scriptures tells us about being joyful and praying always and then goes on to add that in the midst of all of those (the prayers and Joy) GIVE THANKS ALWAYS. God’s perfect plan for you is to have a heart filled with gratitude.

Thanksgiving will open doors for you. It will make your miracles complete.

““So where are the other nine?” Jesus asked. “Weren’t there ten who were healed? They all refused to return to give thanks and give glory to God except you, a foreigner from Samaria?” Then Jesus said to the healed man lying at his feet, “Arise and go. It was your faith that brought you salvation and made you whole.””
‭‭Luke‬ ‭17‬:‭17‬-‭19‬ ‭TPT‬‬

In the scripture above, Jesus healed ten lepers and He expected that they all came back to say thank you but only one came back to say thank you and this man was a foreigner as the Bible puts it. Isn’t that a reality today even in the Church? We have started taking many things God does for granted, we have forgotten this basic principle of thanksgiving. We often forget that the fact that we are alive is because of God, we forget to tell Him thank you for Life just because He has not provided the car we prayed for yet. Please,Let us begin to do better as Christians in our thanksgiving to God.

If you can think, you will know how to give thanks. God has done a lot for you, just think. Don’t be an ingrate and refuse to thank Him. I am certain the other nine lepers had not developed the habit of giving thanks so they probably forgot how to even say thank you. Don’t be like them, develop the attitude now to say thank you to God in everything, for everything and for everyone He brings your way, let it become a part of you. Believe that all things are working out for your good and thank Him always, mean the “thank you Lord” from your heart and learn to show it too and watch God multiply His goodness and mercies in your life.

Hii Everyone!🤗
I Hope we are all doing Good by the Grace of God. Welcome to the Month of April.
This Month I want us to focus on the theme” Helped by God”.                        So lets dive in together👍

The most priviledged ones on this Earth are those who are helped by God. The Holy Spirit, who was given to us as a Gift from the Father, is also called our Helper. The Holy Spirit is with us 24/7 whether we feel it or not. The Presence of God is not a mere thought or feeling. It is God Himself being Present with us. This is a Fact, based on the Word of God. And because God is with us 24/7, we have been given access to receive God’s Help 24/7. Isn’t that wonderful?😍

We have also read in the Bible several times God saying to His people, Do not be afraid for I am with you. And when the Lord appeared to Moses as the Burning Bush , The Lord told Moses My Presence shall be with you, each time Moses mentioned the problem. It was because God’s Presence was the Solution to Moses’s problems. And God’s Presence is the Solution to our Problems🙌 We must always remember that God is your very Present Help in times of trouble.

God doesn’t want us to struggle in any area of our lives. He wants us to Prosper in Everything we do! He created us not only to Worship Him, but to have a Relationship with Him and Partner with him in the various affairs of life. We see this beautifully illustrated in the Book of Genesis when God created man and placed him in the Garden of Eden. The Lord provided everything for them. Adam and Eve were never stranded. They didn’t lack any good thing. In the Garden they were enjoying the sweet fellowship with God. God desires this to be our everyday reality.

It was sin that brought struggle, pain and affliction, since sin seperated man from God. But thanks be to our Lord Jesus who restored us in right standing with the Father!! Now we are reconnected to God, who is our Source of Divine Help and Sustainance. So I want to Encourage us all to depend on the Holy Spirit for everything. Trust God and ask Him to lead and guide you in everything you do. God is Forever Faithful and He shall help you in all you do!!

This Month I declare, we shall walk into Experiancing the Daily Abundance of God’s Help in Every Area of our Lives! God bless you all🙌

CREATED FOR FRUITFULNESS

It is s true that fruitfulness begins with God in the book of Genesis. Genesis tells us the story of creation, how God created land with the capacity to produce plants and trees which bear fruit, He also blessed animals to be fruitful and multiply, and calls on human beings created in His image to ‘be fruitful and increase in number’ (Genesis 1:26-28). God clearly gave us a mandate, Be ye fruitful and multiply. No creature of God is expected to be unfruitful and I’m not merely writing about getting married and having children, of course, that too has it’s place but I am referring to being fruitful in every good work.

Psalm 1:1-3 talks about the righteous that meditates on the scriptures and do what the scriptures say, they end up being fruitful- they bring forth its fruit in their season and prosper in all they do. It’s giving the all round prosperity assurance, it’s giving the winning of souls, giving to the needy, helping people out, loving on people – that’s the kind of fruitfulness God is talking about.

John 15:5 says: “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from me you are powerless.”
‭‭ This scripture makes us understand that Jesus is our only source and it’s only in Him we can live a fruitful life. Any life lived outside of Jesus is unfruitful, it’s that simple and clear. When you live in Union with Jesus, when you acknowledge Him as your source for everything in life, you automatically become fruitful, you automatically show that you are a child of God, you consciously do things in a way that shows people that you know God. Same John 15:8 says that when our lives produces abundant fruit, we demonstrate that we are mature disciples and bring glory to God. That’s what a Christian life should look like- a fruitful life in Christ.

Fruitfulness starts from the heart with the fruit of the Spirit ( Galatians 5:22-23). The Bible is clear in Matthew 7:16-20 :“You can spot them by their actions, for the fruits of their character will be obvious. You won’t find sweet grapes hanging on a thorn bush, and you’ll never pick good fruit from a tumbleweed. So if the tree is good, it will produce good fruit; but if the tree is bad, it will bear only rotten fruit and deserves to be cut down and burned.” Your character will show whether you are fruitful or not. Your daily actions will show whether you are bringing glory to God or not. What you do and what you say, every single day of your life, will show the fruits you are manifesting.When we have committed ourselves to Christ and live to please Him, the natural result is behavioral choices that look like His. He was clear that true followers of Christ will be recognizable by their fruit.

“that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

Above is a prayer that Paul prayed for believers in Colosse and I urge us to also pray this prayer for ourselves and the Church at Large.

Remember, being fruitful is not an option, it is a commandment, it is a Language we are supposed to speak, and it is an obligation we must fulfill in Christ.

THE REWARDER

Hello everyone,

We’ll be talking about the topic the rewarder today. I want us to understand that God is the rewarder.The Bible says in the book of Hebrews 11:6-

“But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out].”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Reward is sweet and it’s a good thing. Most times when we individuals do certain things, we expect to get something in return for doing what we do I think the greatest reward I’ve gotten so far was getting my MBBS Certificate after finishing medical school. I vividly remember how elated I felt years ago when I saw and handled my certificate in my hands. I totally forgot all the sleepless nights and efforts it had taken me to finish medical school. I believe that’s how it is for everyone too. When you achieve certain things and are awarded for those things, a sense of fulfilment fills your heart.

But do you also know that God rewards?

In fact, For us to believe in God and obey His words, we have to understand that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, of those who diligently obey His words and Love on Him. God rewards, He sure does.

Life will somehow become uninteresting without the concept of reward. Many will lack the motivation or enthusiasm to aspire and do great things without it. That is why in every facet of life, there is usually a reward for high achievers.

At times, reward could be a word of commendation, a certificate given, a gift, a price sum, a set record, an honour bestowed, etc. Whatever it is, it is to say well done to the fellow, encourage them to do more, and challenge others to emulate them.

Interestingly, God started the concept/doctrine of reward and it will end with Him.

God also told Abram in the book of Genesis

“After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭15‬:‭1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God promised Abram Himself as a reward! That is huge! There is no other reward in earth greater than God Himself. God promised Himself to Abram. I want us to pause for a minute and think about that. When God is your reward you would not lack anything because He will give you everything that He entails. He would go the extra mile for you and would not make you beg for bread.

Have you been rendered disadvantaged? God will be your exceeding great reward.God will not let you suffer.

I want to encourage us today even as we enter the second month of the year 2023, there could be things you do for God, for His people that no one knows about, that no one talks about and it seems like nothing good is happening in your life, I have good news for you- God Himself will be your reward! Don’t give up – God said it and He will do it. He will reward you. He will not make your labour be In vain.

As we continue in this year , I want us to remember vividly the two passages mentioned above. As you pray, as you fast, as you meditate on the scriptures, as you go to Church, as you give your thites and offerings, as you help people around you remember that even if no one acknowledges you, God does every single second and He will reward you, yes even for seeking Him, he will reward you. Never forget that. So everything you do, do it as unto the Lord because He Himself will reward you.

Double Portion

I am so excited to welcome everyone into the final month of the year 2022. It has been a long one and we cannot deny the fact that God has been good to us. Even as we draw to the close of the year, I want us to look at this theme.

December will be a month of double portion for us. Amen! In So many places in the scriptures we see God talk about giving more than what we can ask for, this means that God is always ready to give to us more than what we even want.

“Give generously and generous gifts will be given back to you, shaken down to make room for more. Abundant gifts will pour out upon you with such an overflowing measure that it will run over the top!
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭38a‬ ‭TPT‬‬
The above scripture even makes us understand that God will give us overflowing measures when we give, He does not manage His things, He is a God of abundance, a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you ask, think or imagine,He is always more than ready to give us a double portion whenever we ask Him for anything, that’s the kind of God we serve.

“And the Lord turned the captivity of Job and restored his fortunes, when he prayed for his friends; also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. [Deut. 30:1-3; Ps. 126:1, 2.]”
‭‭Job‬ ‭42‬:‭10‬ ‭AMPC‬‬
From the story of Job in the Bible, we can see that the Lord gave Job a double portion of what he had before, he gave him twice as much without even asking. I’m trying to make us understand at least to an extent the generosity of God. Our God is a generous God, He is not stingy, He loves to give even to the extent of giving His only begotten son. That’s how much of a giver our God is .

Now, what God is saying to us is this

“Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61‬:‭7‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Whatever it is you might have been asking God for, whatever it is you might have been thinking about or imagining according to His perfect will for you, God will give you in double folds. He won’t just answer your prayers but He will supersede what you have been asking Him for, He will do exceeding abundantly much more for you in Jesus name. For every tears you might have cried, for every shame and pain you might have gone through in the previous months of this year, God will answer your desperate requests in an overflowing measure this month and beyond in Jesus name.

There is also a mystery of prayer I want us to be reminded about;The mystery of asking. When you do not relent in your prayers and keep on asking, God will give unto you the desires of your heart. He is a faithful God and He is more ready to answer your requests than you are even willing to ask for them.

“Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you. For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened. Or what man is there of you, if his son asks him for a loaf of bread, will hand him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will hand him a serpent? If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father Who is in heaven [perfect as He is] give good and advantageous things to those who keep on asking Him!”

Welcome to your month of double portion!

THE RESTORER

Hello everyone,it’s been a while we shared something here,but I’m elated to be able to write about what God has been laying on my heart this month.

I’m very certain that each and every one of us have one time or the other heard that God is a restorer. We maybe have this idea that God restores only things we have lost, but I have good news for you, God also restores even those things you didn’t know that you have lost.

And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten–the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, My great army which I sent among you.
Joel 2:25 AMPC

God is well able to compress time for your sake and take you back to where you are supposed to be right now. God is able to overlook your mistakes and take you to the initial purpose meant for your life. You may have belittled yourself and don’t even know how to believe God again, God is able to make you believe Him again and see yourself as He sees you. God is able to restore lost opportunities, lost relationships,lost friendships, He restores to their origin intention.

From the scriptures in Joel 2 :25, no matter what was lost or taken from you, even if you lost is by your negligence or mistake no matter who took it away, trust in the ability of God to bring them back to you like you never lost them in the first place. That’s how powerful the restorative power of God is.

Scriptures say in Isaiah 61:7

Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.

This implies that God specialises in the ability to restore more than what you lost. It is called DOUBLE PORTION RESTORATION.The scriptures says that God gave Job twice as much as he had before. I really don’t know what you have lost, what the devil has stolen from you, but I really do know that God is well able able to restore them back in two folds to you and He will do that in Jesus name,just believe His words.

I’ll leave us with this scripture –

2 Corinthians 13:11 says  Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.

Remember, Strive for full restoration for God is a faithful restorer.

May November Favour Us all in Jesus name.

The Power of Persistence

Hi everyone,today we’ll be talking about the power of persistence. First,what is persistence?

Persistence is the fact or act of continuing in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition. Truth is,sometimes when you are trying to persist to get something from someone it can get really annoying and the person may give what it is you are asking for just to make you go away and stop disturbing.

So what does the scripture say about persistence? Let’s take a look…

The book of Luke chapter 18 gives the story of a woman who constantly went to a judge to grant her justice, the Judge decided to grant her justice not because he is a good person but just because he wanted to “get off her back”*that’s how the passion translation puts it ) he would answer her so she could leave him alone.

God will give swift justice to those who don’t give up. So be ever praying, ever expecting, just like the widow was with the judge. Yet when the Son of Man comes back, will he find this kind of persistent faithfulness in his people?”
Luke 18:8 TPT

A lot of people pray,really they do, but there is a kind of prayer called persistent prayer in which you keep praying until you see answers. Some people call it PUSH(pray until something happens). You don’t stop praying,you keep on praying, you don’t give up on prayers until you see what you desire manifest physically.

I know sometimes one may say that once you pray once,God has heard you and you don’t need to keep on repeating the same thing,even though that may be true, persisting in prayers doesn’t just mean repeating the same words, no, it goes beyond that; it is expecting to see answers to your prayers manifest and not giving up,until you see them happen. I truly believe there is a place of persistence in prayers.

Let’s look at Matthew 7:7 TPT

For every persistent one will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he longs for. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.

Persisting in prayers is not begging God to do something for us,it is rather believing that as believers the scriptures are true, God is good and therefore He will answer us if we do not give up. I want to quickly clarify something here, I’m not talking about persisting in praying for something outside of God’s will. What we’re talking about here is praying persistently in accordance to God’s will for a particular thing to happen. For example, let’s be practical here, perhaps a couple has been believing God for the fruit of the womb for several years,( it is definitely God’s will for every child of God to be fruitful and replenish the earth(Genesis 9:7), we have a scripture to show that this is what God is saying to us, this is God’s perfect will, )the couple should CONTINUE/PERSEVERE in prayers until they get pregnant and have a baby. This is what persistence in prayers is all about.

Persisting in prayers means not giving up, it is having Faith which is your evidence and continuing proclaiming the word of God concerning that situation until you see it happen. Often times, you will know in your heart that God has answered a prayer, you will often have peace concerning that thing and at that moment even if you have not seen the answers with your physical eyes, you can begin praising God and pray concerning something else as God will lead you, it’s called a NOTE OF VICTORY in your Spirit. So in a nutshell, keep praying for that thing until you receive a note of victory in your Spirit man, that it is done, then switch to Praise!

I just want to encourage you reading this post, I’m certain this is not the first time you have heard about this, but Please do something about what you have learnt here today; and the next time you feel weary and want to give up on trusting God and praying for a particular thing, remember God is looking at your heart to see if you will persist or if you will easily faint.

Don’t give up beloved, keep praying, keep believing God, keep meditating on the scriptures , keep obeying God, keep doing good, because AT THE PROPER TIME YOU WILL REAP A HARVEST IF YOU DO NOT GIVE UP.

HEALTH & SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Hii Everyone!🤗🌻
Its been awhile, I hope you all are doing Great by God’s Grace.
Today we will talk about the relationship between our Health and our Spiritual Growth.
We will take a look at how being healthy in all 3 aspects of our life- our spirit, soul and body are all extremely vital for our Spiritual Growth.

Three portals how the Spirit of God can communicate with our spirit are;

  1. The Portal of our Spirit
  2. The Portal of our Soul
  3. The Portal of our Body

All 3 portals of our lives must be opened to His Spirit inorder for us to receive Divine Revelations. For all 3 portals to be open to God’s Spirit we must be healthy in all 3 aspects of our lives. Divine Health is a Key that opens these portals to be used by God to Reveal Himself to our spirit being.

1. The Portal of our Spirit

For this portal to be opened to God’s Spirit and receive divine directions from God, the spirit must be healthy. To ensure our spirit is healthy we must be consistent in our prayer life, reading of God’s Word, worshiping and praising God and commited to meeting together with other Brethren in christian fellowships / gatherings. When we do this, our spirit man is strengthen and is always tuned to hear God’s Voice. That is why the enemy tries its best to attack the prayer life and reading of God’s Word and stops the people from meeting together. Be Watchful and Pray at all Times!

Declare with me : I will not be a victim to the stratergies of the enemy. I will Pray and Read my Bible Consistently. I will Praise God Consistently and I will meet up with Brethren Consistently in Lord Jesus Name, Amen.

2. The Portal of our Soul

I hope you are excited to learn more! These revelations will catapult you to greatness!
Okay, lets continue…
For this Portal to be opened to God’s Spirit, we must ensure our Soul is Healthy!!
Many times we see alot of believers who love God and are commited to follow Him but because the devil is attacking them EMOTIONALLY, they are NOT able to receive revelations and directions from God. So, we MUST GUARD our Hearts from evil and feed our souls by MEDITATING on the Life- Giving Word of God.

Guarding your Heart is Extremely important!! Run away from everything that is not edifying you! Surround yourself with the right people. Don’t listen to negativities.
When you do this, you will be able to hear God clearly. Remember a troubled heart can’t hear God clearly. Run away from stress and enter God’s Rest!

Declare with me: I will Guard my Heart and Feed it with the Word of God CONSISTENTLY in Lord Jesus Name, Amen.

3. The Portal of our Body

A Healthy Body is VERY IMPORTANT for Hearing God clearly!!!
People of God, be very attentive! There are many believers who are commited to God and love Jesus but struggle alot from hearing God’s voice, because their body is unwell!!! Their body is unwell because most of the times they don’t eat healthy food, don’t exercise, don’t sleep well and don’t speak life words over their body. This gives access to the enemy to fire arrows of illness.

Remember your body is the TEMPLE OF GOD.
Don’t let the devil make you guilty for taking time in the day to take care of your body. When you do this your body will be healthy and you will hear God more frequently!

Declare with me : I will invest time and effort to take care of my Body in Lord Jesus Name.
